Northeastern Illinois University is seeking vendors to provide and install all required audio-visual equipment and systems as specified for its newly renovated auditorium. Systems include a sound reinforcement system, tie line systems, transmission system for the hearing impaired, production intercom system, automatic mixing system, monitor and paging system, control room monitor system, documentary recording system, lobby monitor system, utility and sound effects playback system, and a stage monitor system. The successful bidder will also provide all wiring, labor and service as specified to achieve high quality systems.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, May 3, 2004 at 10:00 am in the Facilities Maintenance Building. Bid security of $15,000 will be required.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof.Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents.Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
