for El Centro janitorial services.Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) is seeking bids to furnish all necessary labor, materials and equipment required to perform janitorial services at the NEIU El Centro facility located at 3119 N. Pulaski Avenue., Chicago, IL. Work shall consist of providing complete interior housekeeping services including supplies and consumables, as described in Attachment "A" of the bid document. Services will be performed on regular basis for a lump sum amount.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof.Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents.
