Northeastern Illinois University is seeking qualified companies to furnish and install all necessary labor, material, and equipment required to complete the project known as Co-Gen Heat Recovery System Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger Replacement, Project No. 08-0003-0403 consisting of replacing an existing plate and frame heat recovery heat exchanger and all affected piping, structural steel work, electrical, and other related work, and alternate work consisting of replacing five isolation valves.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 17, 2004 at 8:30 am in the Building H Training Room.
Obtain bidding documents after February 5, 2004 at Northeastern Illinois University, "Facilities Maintenance - Building H", 5500 N. St. Louis Ave., Chicago, IL 60625; no deposit required.
Bid security of $3,500 is required.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
