Addendum 4 has been added to the bid. The bid opening date has been changed to Thursday March 15, 2012 in Student Union room SU 003. A revised Bid Form has also been issued to incorporate Alternates G-2 and G-3 as described in the drawings issued in Addendum 2.

Project Description
Furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment to complete the project known as HIS STEM Grant - Human Anatomy Lab, Project No. 11-0314-0911, consisting of Human Anatomy Lab (BBH 329); a General Lab/Lecture (BBH 331); Physiology Research Room (BBH 314); and a Physiology Computer Lab (BBH 342). Renovation of existing lab spaces with approximately 1700 s.f of new laboratory casework, new floor finishes, acoustical ceiling, plumbing fixtures and mechanical and electrical upgrades. Provide all conduit for telecom, media services (AV) and security cabling as indicated on documents.

Separate contracts will be awarded for:

4. Electrical

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 10:00 am in the Student Union Room SU 215.
