Northeastern Illinois University is seeking qualified bidders to furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the project known as Library 4th Floor Study Room Modifications, Project No. 12-0400-1202 that provides reconfiguration of 17 existing study rooms into 10 new individual office spaces and two new group study spaces comprising approximately 1,800 S.F. on the fourth floor of the Library. This work is for a single contract which includes general construction, HVAC, electrical work, and communications. Before construction begins, demolition of 17 existing study rooms shall be completed and temporary barricades shall be installed by others.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, 1 August 2003 at 10:00am, in the Library, Lower Level Room 022.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
