Furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the project known as Parking Facility Repair and Maintenance 2013, Project No. 13-0000-0213, which includes caulking replacement, slab repairs, resealing and re-striping of the 4th level and other miscellaneous items in the 5-level precast parking structure as shown in the project drawings and specifications.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 @ 10:00 AM in Student Union Room 214 located on the University main campus.
BID SECURITY: $4,500.00
Northeastern Illinois University strongly supports the participation of businesses owned by Minorities, Females and Persons with Disabilities (MAFBE) and has established a goal that 20% of the resultant contract value be awarded to BEP certified MAFBE owned businesses. The University desires participation on either a direct or subcontracting basis. Bidders must submit a Business Enterprise Program (BEP) Utilization Plan in accordance with Section 00315 of the bid document.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
