Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide uniformed, trained, unarmed security guards licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulations. Services will be performed, but not limited to the following locations: NEIU main campus - 5500 N. St. Louis Avenue; Jacob Carruther's Center for Inner City Studies - 700 E. Oakwood Blvd.; and El Centro Campus - 3390 N. Avondale & 3410 N. Avondale Avenue.

A MANDATORY Pre-Submission Conference and MANDATORY Site Visitswill be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. local time and will be located at NEIU's main campus 5500 N. St. Louis Avenue in Room 218 located in the Student Union.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
