Announcement of a Sole Source Purchase

The University intends to award a contract for Production and Technical Services for Commencement.
This purchase is only economically available from a single source because the
supplier has the exclusive rights to provide these services in the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, which is owned and operated by the Village of Rosemont, IL. The University commencement ceremony will be held in this convention center on May 8, 2010.
