for Physical Education Building & Carruthers Center for Inner City Studies Building Lighting Upgrade. The successful bidder will furnish all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the project known as Physical Education Building & Carruthers Center for Inner Cities Study Building Lighting Upgrade, Project No. 36-0000-1104 which includes the replacement of lamps and ballasts in all fluorescent lighting fixtures, the installation of reflectors in specified fixtures, the cleaning of existing lens and reflective surfaces, and the replacement of defective lampholders and lens.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday 07 March 2005 at 10:00 am in the FM Conference Room continuing to the Physical Education Building on the main campus at 5500 N. St. Louis Ave., Chicago, IL and then to the Carruthers Center for Inner City Studies (CCICS) Building at 700 E. Oakwood Blvd., Chicago, IL.

Bid security of $8,500 is required.

Obtain bidding documents after Friday, 25 February 2005 at Northeastern Illinois University, Facilities Maintenance Building, 5500 North St. Louis Ave., Chicago, IL 60625; 773-442-5251; no deposit required.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
