The Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a database-driven academic catalog management system that will allow the University to produce online, hard copy, and CD versions of its academic catalog, as well as specialized catalogs for targeted groups such as new freshmen, transfer students, nontraditional students and international students. The system will also improve access to and awareness of academic policies and program requirements while enhancing the University’s marketing efforts.

Submit 3 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
