for printing of the Alumini Magazine.
The work involves printing 50,000 copies, per issue, of a 4-color, 12-page, saddle-stitched magazine per the bid specifications.
Bidders must be able to meet the following criteria:
1. All work must be done in-house; no brokering will be accepted.
2. Printer must be located within 20 miles of Northeastern Illinois University.
3. Printer must coordinate and pay for all project related messenger deliveries.
Pending successful production of the first issue, the University offers the option to print the following 3 issues of the magazine at the same price. The University also offers an option to renew the contract, pending availability of funds, for the following fiscal year.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
