for Building B Audio Visual Systems. Northeastern Illinois University is seeking a contractor to provide the necessary equipment and labor to design, engineer, program and install five audio visual systems in various Building B classrooms in strict accordance with University specifications. Scope of work also includes documentation drawings, training, de-bugging, preventive maintenance, one-year warranty, and a 3-year extended warranty inclusive of 24-hour service response.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2003 at 1:30 pm in E Building Room E-112. On site inspection of the Building B rooms is included within the scope of the meeting.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
