for bookstore ventilation fan E-6 (Bid # BSVENTE-6). This project, Project No. 05-0213-0899, consists of furnishing and installing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to replace Supply Fan E-6 and Exhaust Fan E-22 with a new 6000 cfm package roof-top unit as well as all demolition work and structural steel, piping, ductwork, insulation, electrical, system testing and balancing, and controls and instrumentation modifications.

Bidding documents will be available after Friday, November 10, 2000 at the Facilities Management Building, Building H. Call 773/794-2878 for further information.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2000, at 1:00 p.m., in Building H, Training Room.
