The Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide Conference /Meeting Facilities to host various Chicago Teachersâ?? Center/Gearup conferences, meetings and retreats for various initiatives and programs. The selected firm shall be located outside the metropolitan area, but within 2.5 hours drive from Chicago, as well as accessible by commuter train and taxi service. The selected firm should be capable of providing conference center/meeting facilities for up to 250 participants, break-out rooms, over-night sleeping rooms, auditorium/theater/banquet style facilities and parking all under one roof.

Submit 2 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
