Northeastern Illinois University is seeking a CRM solution that will help the University streamline and manage key customer relationships in all phases of the recruitment cycle. The beginning to end recruitment solution we seek should be able to easily integrate data with our current Ellucian Banner Student Information System. The CRM will provide robust communications capabilities to effectively manage constituent relationships and include predictive enrollment analytics. Additionally, the CRM will provide interactions data and manage communication flows over the course of the recruitment lifecycle: from prospect to applicant, admit and enrolled. The solution must track prospective students through all phases of the recruitment funnel and ensure that all communications are accurate and targeted.
