Northeastern Illinois University requests information from entities that can provide a Customer Relationship (CRM) System solution. NEIU currently uses Banner Recruiter from Ellucian as a hosted service. The responses may include various options or combination of options, including technologies that may be offered as licensed software with service support, software as a service (SaaS), hosted or cloud based service models.

Entities responding to this RFI will not be prohibited from participation if Northeastern subsequently releases a solicitation towards procurement of such a solution. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals, and as a result, no contract will be awarded.
