for electrical maintenance and repair services (Bid # ELEC04). The University is seeking bids from vendors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to perform routine and emergency campus electrical maintenance and repair services throughout the fiscal year. The scope of work may include the repair, installation, testing, and adjusting of various electrical, communications or data systems as directed by the University.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
