The Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide creative solutions covering all facets of concept, design, layout, product specification and management of the on-campus food service operation located at 5500 N. St. Louis Ave, Chicago, IL, and/or its satellite campuses at various locations in the city.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 10:00 am, local time, in Room SU-217 of the Student Union located on the Northeastern Illinois University main campus at 5500 N. St. Louis Ave., Chicago, IL 60625. All interested respondents MUST attend this meeting in order for their proposal to be accepted.

Northeastern Illinois University strongly supports the participation of businesses owned by Minorities, Females and Persons with Disabilities (MAFBE) in the implementation and execution of the contract(s) resulting from this RFP. The University desires participation either on a direct basis or through sub-contracting efforts.
