Northeastern Illinois University ("University") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide, through simple rental or purchase, and maintain an integrated mail processing system for a period of five (5) years. Such a system will comprise of mail machine capable of applying postage in accordance with all current and future standards of the United States Postal Service and an integrated accounting software package for the complete and accurate tracking of all applied postage. The selected firm shall provide the University with an industry recognized equipment and software package, as well as all necessary training, service and support to keep the system fully operational throughout the term of the agreement.
A Pre-Submission Conference is being held at Northeastern Illinois University on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 10:00 am local time and will be located in the Student Union, Room 214
