RE-ADVERTISED: The Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University (University) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist in the development of a strategic matrix for grant development and in the preparation of competitive grants for external funding.
Questions must be submitted no later than close of business Monday, March 15, 2021.
NOTE: The Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) is upgrading their online application/renewal system for the IDHR Public Contract/Eligibility Number. To accomplish the upgrade, IDHR will not process online and mailed Public Contract/Eligibility Number applications and renewals from 4 p.m. on March 5th to March 15th, 2021.
