Northeastern Illinois University, as Contract Administrator, on behalf of the Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative ("IPHEC") requests proposals from licensed insurance brokerage firms ("Broker") or ("Vendor") that are qualified and have the capacity to handle the placement and servicing of insurance policies that transfer the financial risk of loss from IPHEC member universities to commercial insurers.
A pre-submission conference will be held at Northeastern Illinois University, 5500 N. St. Louis Avenue, Chicago, IL 60625 in the Student Union Golden Eagles Room - Room 103 on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. local time. Interested Vendor's may attended in-person or by conference call. The conference call-in number is: 773-442-4504.

Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
