This is to confirm that requests for clarification and questions will be accepted via E-mail only until 5:00 pm, CST, Monday, May 9, 2011. Clarifications and answers will be posted on the Illinois Public Higher Education Procurement Bulletin no later than 5:00 pm, CST, Friday, May 13, 2011.

Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) is seeking to identify and evaluate the technology and service options for a Learning Management System (LMS). The assessment may include various options or combination of options, including technologies that may be offered as licensed software with service support, software as a service (SaaS), hosted, or cloud based service models.
This Request for Information (RFI) invites vendors to submit only non-price information concerning the availability and functionality of their products and/or services.
