The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
Amendment 2 is issued to provide clarifications and answers to questions regarding RFP No. MFD2010. All questions appearing in Amendment 2 were posed either at the mandatory pre-bid meeting held on March 8, 2010 or were submitted via email in accordance with the instructions provided in MFD2010.
Amendment 1 has been issued to provide copies of the March 8, 2010 pre-bid meeting agenda and the vendor attendance sign-in sheet.

The Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide and maintain a fleet of multi-function copiers and/or provide and maintain a comprehensive and scalable account management and cost recovery system for a term of five (5) years. Respondents are encouraged to submit proposals for one or both of these items. There is no requirement to respond to both. The selected firm(s) shall provide the University with a rental fleet of industry recognized multi-function devices capable of reliably performing all common document handling functions and/or an account management and cost recovery system that is fully compatible with not only the selected multi-function devices, but also the University’s high capacity printers and the University’s financial system of record, Sungard HE’s Banner.
There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on Monday, March 8, 2010 at 10:00 am local time in the Ronald Williams Library lower level conference room located on the Northeastern Illinois University campus at 5500 N. St. Louis Ave., Chicago, IL 60625. All interested respondents MUST attend this meeting in order for their proposal to be accepted.
Northeastern Illinois University strongly supports the participation of businesses owned by Minorities, Females and Persons with Disabilities (MAFBE) in the implementation and execution of the Contract resulting from this RFP. The University desires participation either on a direct basis or through sub-contracting efforts.
