The Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University is requesting proposals for a market research study to better understand the attitudes, values, economic considerations, market share potential, and demographics of key constituencies in the marketplace for the purpose of recruiting prospective students, catering to the community and advancing the mission of the university.
The intent of this RFP is to contract with a market research and consulting firm to provide critical information, regarding market demands and unoccupied market positions, and metrics that will allow this four-year public university to develop an informed strategic five-year marketing and recruitment plan. Specifications are included in the attached solicitation document.
