for elevator preventative & emergency maintenance service. The University is seeking bidders to respond to its request for elevator preventative & emergency maintenance service bid. The bidders shall also supply guaranteed weekly maintenance hours, fixed fees per elevator for preventative maintenance and testing requirements, and other requirements listed in the documents. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.

A pre-bid / walk-through for the Center for Inner City Studies, 700 E. Oakwood, Chicago, will be held on Thursday, June 13th at 8:00 a.m. (see engineer) and at the main campus on Friday, June 14th at 8:00 a.m. in the H-Building conference room. Ask for Jim Fleming, Chief Engineer. (see for building locations)
