for N-Vision Video Backbone Distribution Upgrade (Bid # R14911). The University seeks the redesign and installation of new equipment in the existing distribution closets of the N-Vision video system; install additional fiber to link a relocated video head end to an existing fiber head end; design and installation of a new video/RF head end; maintain an RF sub channel signal to be sent back from 5 campus buildings; and provide a portable modulator to allow send-back video via the RF sub channel. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
