Project Description
Northeastern Illionis University is seeking bids to furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the project known as Building H Chimney Masonry Repairs, No. 08-7000-0207, which includes partial demolition and removal of top portion of chimney masonry, rebuilding of the removed section, install new concrete cap, replace existing lightening protection with new lightening protection and tuck pointing of the remaining lower portion of the chimney as shown in the project drawings and specifications.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 1:00pm, in Building H, Training Room.
The trade for this bid is general/masonry.
Bid security is $15,000.
