The Successful bidder will provide all necessary, labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to complete the project known as High Voltage Electrical Infrared Thermal Scanning. Project No. 00-0000-0207, in accordance with the technical specifications and plans provided herein. Perform thermal scanning and testing for thermal imbalance due to overloads. Remove front/rear panels and open equipment enclosures so that all joint and connections are open to scanner; all identification labels of conductors/cables and nameplates shall be visible. Provide visual inspections, and comprehensive reports. All thermal scanning shall be performed in accordance with NFPA 70 E, NFPA 70B codes, equipment manufacturers recommendations and NETAs Acceptance Testing Specifications
A MANDATORY pre bid meeting Pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.in Building D, Room D007 Conference Room
