Successful Bidder will furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the project known as PE Building Skylight Replacement, No. 36-5000-0109, which includes removal/demolition of existing sloped skylight between the high and low roof building portions, installation of a new aluminum sloped skylight, partial demolition, rebuilding and tuckpointing of masonry knee wall for skylights supports, cutting and patching of existing ballasted EPDM roof with partial new ballasted EPDM roofing to match existing, and rebuilt interior soffit/wall below skylight with metal studs and gypsum board construction as shown in the project drawings and specifications.
