Northeastern Illinois University is looking for a qualified contractor to conduct a direct mail campaign to solicit approximately 47,600 NEIU alumni and friends. The campaign will consist of four mailings: two consecutive mailings of 47,600 each, to drop in fall 2004; and two consecutive mailings of 47,600 each to drop in spring 2005. The Northeastern Illinois University Foundation will provide camera-ready artwork on disk along with the names and addresses of approximately 47,600 alumni exported from a Raiser's Edge database. The contractor will be responsible for all personalization, printing, processing and mailing during the campaign. Contractor should also list other services provided such as, in house graphic design, creative mailing packages, copy writing, premium enclosures, and consultation on list segmentation for donor acquisition and targeted asks.
