The Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of development services for the "RightMovesNet" web portal. Services are to be provided at the University's Center for Inner City Studies campus located at 700 East Oakwood Blvd., Chicago, IL 60653.
NEIU's Center for Inner City Studies (CICS) is partnering in a TOP Grant, under the supervision of the Chicago Housing Authority. The purpose of the RightMovesNet web portal is to provide relocation assistance to the residents of the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) during their transformation process. CICS is charged with providing the Web Portal, Content Development, Marketing, Training and User Testing of the RightMovesNet site.
The two major categories of required service in the RFP are:
A) Graphic and Web Portal Design
B) Content Development and Related Marketing, Training and User Acceptance
The selected vendor(s) must have the required technical training, experience, and communication skills; along with a requisite for cultural sensitivity in interviewing the specific user population.
