The Board of Trustees for Northeastern Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors/service providers for a telephony system upgrade to a Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol (VOIP) solution. The system must be capable of integrating within the current University infrastructure. Proposers must provide system specifications, capital costs, service costs, system installation and training.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
