The Board of Trustees for Northeastern Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors/service providers for a telephony system upgrade to a Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol (VOIP) solution. The system must be capable of integrating within the current University infrastructure. Proposers must provide system specifications, capital costs, service costs, system installation and training.
