The Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide training workshops for the prevention of sexual harassment/harassment and discrimination. Training will be for approximately 2300 employees, inclusive of faculty, supervisory staff, non-supervisory staff, graduate assistants, and temporary work staff. Such training shall be of a minimum duration of two hours. Under the terms of this work for hire engagement, the successful contractor will also create and provide customized course work materials, videos, and an interactive web site for future training. The University will retain ownership rights for internal use of these training media. The University will award a contract for the period from approximately April 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005.
