Northeastern Illinois University is requesting information regarding creative solutions covering all facets of concept, design, layout, product specification, and management for its on-campus Food Service operation.

Northeastern Illinois University, located at 5500 N. St. Louis Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60625, is a fully accredited public university serving the Chicago metropolitan area. Total graduate and undergraduate enrollment is approximately 12,000 students. It is a commuter campus without residence hall housing.
