Project Description
This project involves furnishing and installing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the project known as Project Success and Proyecto Pa'lante Classroom Building Remodeling, Project No. 09-4026-1005 consisting of a single contract for General, HVAC and Electrical work for 2,000 sq. ft. of office space including demolition of concrete masonry walls and related wall and floor patching, tile and carpeting, painting, acoustical ceiling tile work, diffuser and thermostat relocations, air balancing, relocation and providing new light fixtures, and installation of electrical receptacles and data jacks.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday 19 May 2006 at 10:00 am, in the FM Building Conference Room.
Bids shall include bidder's Illinois DHR identification number for all bids.
Bid security of $2,500 is required.
