Project Description
The successful bidders will furnish and install all necessary labor, material and equipment required to complete the project known as Computer Room CLS 3054 Modifications, Project No. 09-3054-0101. The project consists of architectural, mechanical and electrical modifications to the existing 850 square feet computer room and 300 square feet mechanical room, to add an ADA access ramp, provide open ceiling space for new data distribution, add air conditioning, add an inert gas fire suppression system and provide new power distribution system with increased capacity and reliability as specified in this project manual. Work is located in the Class Room Building at the NEIU main campus site at 5500 N. St. Louis Ave., Chicago, IL 60625. Contracts will be bid for General Work, Mechanical Work to include all HVAC and Plumbing, and Electrical Work to include inert gas fire protection and coordination/scheduling of all trades.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting for all trades will be held on Thursday 30 November 2006 at 10am, in Room SU003 (next to the Cafeteria) in the Student Union Building.
