Comments:
The proposals and experience of the two lower bidders did not demonstrate the preferred experience in business, student affairs administration, functional student activity needs, and architectural studies. The awarded firm possesses the concentration and volume of experience in Student Union pre-development and feasibility studies related to student activity functions that the university desires.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
Addendum #1 has been added to provide additional planning study information.
