The Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the cooling tower replacement project.

Vendor will furnish and install all labor, material and equipment to replace the existing cooling tower, Project #08-0000-0700. • A letter from a surety company in substantially the form set forth in the Instructions to Bidders assuring the issuance of the Performance and Payment Bond.
  • All bidders must submit a PC-2 form as required by the Illinois Department of Human Rights.
