Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU or University) is requesting qualified vendors to submit proposals for the solution and implementation of a single and centrally managed online one-card University Campus Wide Identification (ID) card and Transaction System designed for ease of use and minimal system maintenance that will provide access to products, services, and activities. This card should integrate with a variety of existing NEIU systems including, but not limited to, its door access system (IdentiCard), ERP system (Ellucian Banner), library services using Bar Code readers, pay-for-printing (PaperCut), cafeteria services, vending, bookstore, other areas using bar code readers for services including student health services and counseling, campus recreation and housing solutions.

A Pre-Submittal Conference is scheduled to be held at 9:30 a.m. local time on Friday, January 22, 2016 in Room 216 located in the Student Union. Vendors may attend in-person or by telephone. The call-in telephone number is 773-442-4500.
