Northeastern Illinois University is exploring information about language lab technology options in terms of 1) replacement of an existing hardware and software system and 2) contracting for ongoing software upgrades and maintenance support. This request for information (RFI) is developed to solicit information and counsel on the future direction of language lab technology at the University and is not intended to solicit specific branded vendor solutions or cost proposals. The goal is to educate the University regarding technology options in anticipation of the release of a request for proposal for the purchase of language lab equipment.
