Award Info
Published Thursday December 19, 2002
Awarded to:
Vendor:  SensorMedics Corporation
Amount:  $54,596
Terms:   One-time transaction
Number of Unsuccessful, Responsive Bidders: 2
The low bid of $39,950 was not accepted as the submitted unit is reconditioned, does not meet total specifications, and all maintenance service would be outsourced, making the warranty and related support problematic. The low bidder is not the original equipment owner.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
