for solid waste disposal and comprehensive recycling program (Request # 00010RLC).

The University will accept proposals for collection and disposal of solid waste and a comprehensive recycling program. Bidders may submit proposals for either or both services. The proposal shall be for a multi-service term subject to annual renewals of the contract by the university. Vendors shall provide materials and services per proposal specifications. Vendors may bid either program using sub-contractors for the other or may bid on either one alone.

Considerations will be given to that vendor or vendors whose proposal(s) best meet the university's needs in both areas. A point-of-service weight/billing system is a program that the University would like to implement.

See proposal request for specifications of services.
