for financial advisor and underwriter services (Request # 0005KS-RLC).

The University is requesting proposals from qualified firms to serve as financial advisor and underwriter related to construction of a convocation center (approximate budget of $36,000,000) to be financed by revenue bonds and the refunding of existing revenue bonds, the latter object to achieve debt service savings, if available. Respondents must submit 4 copies of their proposals, each to be in 2 parts.

Part A will consist of all information except for pricing. Part B will contain only pricing information as requested in RFP. Each part must be submitted in separate envelopes, appropriately marked as Part A or Part B. Respondents must submit, as part of their proposal, their proposed approach to providing requested services, including that of any sub-contractors for legal or other services the respondent plans to utilize; references for work of similar nature with public higher education institutions in the State of Illiinois with contact names, addresses, and phone numbers; names and contact people for any sub-contractors and estimate of each one's share of contract cost; and other information as outlined in RFP.
