Comments:
Section I of the RFP will not be awarded. Northern Illinois University will be using the software package that it currently owns but has not been implemented. Section II of the RFP for project implementation is being awarded to Ciber Enterprise Solutions. Section III of the RFP will not be awarded. Northern Illinois University will be funding the project internally.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
The bid opening has been changed to October 20, 2005.
