The University is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the development, piloting, and implementation of a fully functional electronic portfolio system designed to support individual job seekers, workers, and workforce development professionals in compiling and presenting their experience, education, and skills.The system must support both Netscape and Internet Explorer environments, be able to dynamically import and export data, allow for uploading of a variety of documents (including text, audio, and video in a version that can be played by any user), allow attachment of multiple documents to datatypes, provide user-friendly site navigation tools, and other aspects as outlined in the RFP document. The site must be compliant with Rehabilitation Act - Section 508. Other information on functionality and specifications, administrative tools, security, and other considerations may be found in the RFP document.

Respondents must provide background information and references for work of similar scope and design, financial resources, proof of responsibility and stability, a detailed work plan, on-going costs (both required and optional factors), Section 508 compliance, and the overall methodology to be used in providing the requested products and services.
