for research and development of integrated marketing program and media production services for NIU Law School.

The University's Law School wishes to develop a marketing program that will be integrated with the University's campus-wide marketing plan, currently under development, to create a strong presentation of the offerings of NIU and its Law School. This will require research to identify the strengths of the Law School and how to best market them. The research will also identify those areas that may be improved and how to best achieve that goal. The response should also include plans for the associated media development and presentation program needed for success of the marketing plan. The goal is a program to best position the NIU Law School in the competitive north central area, with special emphasis for the northern Illinois area.

Respondents will be required to demonstrate background and experience of both the firm and key personnel to be assigned in research and development of such programs for law schools of comparable size and market position. References for at least four successful programs completed for law schools of similar size and nature involving work of like scope, complete with contact name, address, and phone number, will be required. Examples of various media work done for print, video, or internet, must also be submitted.
