for implementation consulting services for a PeopleSoft student administration system.
The University is seeking proposals from qualified vendors able to provide comprehensive consulting, support, and implementation services for a new PeopleSoft-based student administration system. This system will interface with existing financial and human resource modules already in place. This new system will replace an aging legacy system as the last of a serial implementation of the modules in an enterprise-wide system.
The list of experience factors required and services to be provided by the chosen vendor are covered in detail in the RFP document. The RFP will be available for downloading from this bulletin after 3:30 p.m. Monday, May 19, 2003. Respondents must have adequate experience in the implementation of such systems in universities of similar size and scope as NIU. (Submitted by Kathe Shinham, State Purchasing Officer.)
