Proposals are requested for the installation of ATM equipment for various locations on the NIU campus to serve students, faculty, staff and visitor needs for services. Bidders may make proposals for any or all sites being considered. Several existing sites will be maintained by the current operator, but respondents may offer programs for up to 10 new or replacement locations. Specific information requirements are listed in the RFP document.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting to provide information and an opportunity to visit the various sites where ATM service is desired. This will be on Friday, February 1, 2002, in Room 201, Lowden Hall. Those planning to attend must notify Ms. Tamara Farley at 815-753-8418 of their intentions.
Information to be provided by vendors: networking, services offered, fee structure, rent offered, equipment to be provided, and service and maintenance program offered.
