The University and its Foundation are soliciting proposals for a broad range of services leading to the development of an integrated marketing plan for Northern Illinois University, including outreach centers. The successful candidate will also provide recommendations for initial creative implementation of the strategies in various media as the branding strategies may suggest to best market the University and the Foundation's various programs and entities. While recruitment of students at all levels is part of this project developing an overall identity and marketing strategy for the University and the Foundation is the goal. Respondents must provide a complete package covering all areas as outlined in the bid package, references, data regarding lead and primary associates to be assigned, evidence of at least five years experience for the firm and the personnel assigned to the project, the methodology for each phase of the project and the overall project plan including cost and time-line factors for each phase, samples of work of similar nature and scope, and other factors as requested in the RFP.
