for lighting ballasts - IPHEC commodity bid D-10.

This bid is to provide lighting ballasts for the period July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001 and, at the IPHEC's sole option, for an additonal two one-year renewal terms, beginning July 1, 2001 and July 1, 2002, ending June 30 of the following year respectively. This is to establish an umbrella contract for the thirteen campuses of the state universities, each of which would place and administer their own blanket or one-time orders and payments directly with the successful vendor for their individual needs.

Successful bidders will be prepared to accept such orders by phone, fax, e-mail, or mail. Quantities shown in the bid materials listed by type and variety of ballasts are estimates only of anticipated needs and may be more or less than figures given.

Several campuses have not provided estimate figures but are requesting the right to order ballasts as needed from the contract resulting from this bid. All shipments are to be on an "F.O.B. Destination, Delivery Included" basis.
